Wiper Blade Program: FAQs

What is the main objective of the wiper blade program?

HMA has invested in this plan to send direct mailers to over 250,000 retail customers during the course of the next few months with the focus centering on bringing new customers into your dealership. It is a great opportunity to get customers out of the independent repair shops and back into your dealerships to be serviced with Genuine Hyundai Parts.

Will I be forced to keep wiper blades that do not sell?

HMA is not requiring any of its dealers to keep wiper blades that end up becoming obsolescent. The wiper blades are completely eligible for return under the normal return guidelines.

Am I reimbursed at Dealer Net or my Retail price?

Upon the submission of your RO with the HM02 program code through your parts system, you will automatically be credited at the Dealer Net price.

Where can I get more information about this program, and when will I be reimbursed, and how do I track my reimbursements?

All these questions and more can be answered in by logging into HyundaiDealer.com and selecting the Parts Direct Mail link in the Parts section of the site. Currently, the information posted on the site pertains to the Direct Mail Programs offered in the second quarter. Information for the 3rd quarter will be posted in a couple of weeks.

Can a customer redeem a 50% discount as stated on the coupon without servicing their vehicle?

The coupon is redeemable only when service is performed in conjunction with the purchase of the new wiper blades. The program code, as stated on the coupon, is HM02.
