Thanksgiving Holiday Notice
In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, all Hyundai Motor America Parts Distribution Centers will be closed on Thursday, November 22. On Friday, November 23 HMA will provide limited emergency order service through the Ontario, Ca. PDC by shipping emergency orders to all dealers via FedEx next day until 1:00 P.M. pacific standard time. There will be no will calls or SPL regular order service. All emergency orders placed after 1:00 will be shipped on Monday, November 26.
Due to the holiday schedule, the following stock order changes will need to be made: Dealers that would normally transmit stock orders on Tuesday, November 20 should change to Monday, November 19. Dealers that would normally transmit stock orders on Wednesday, November 21 and Thursday, November 22 should change to Tuesday, November 20.
In addition to the abbreviated work schedule for Friday, November 23, the HMA Dealer Call Center will be open with a limited staff from 5:00 A.M. PST to 2:00 P.M. PST. If you have any questions about this schedule, please contact the Dealer Call Center at 1-800-545-4515.
