To ensure that we receive your R.O.’s and Direct Mail Coupons when mailed in, please make a note of the correct mailing address and discuss with the appropriate personnel in your dealership.

Submitting a Claim by Mail Procedures
- Attach the coupon to an RO or customer pay form. Only forms submitted with the coupon will be eligible for reimbursement.
- Submit manual coupons monthly to ensure timely payment.
- Mail forms to the address above.
Floormats for Santa Fe
Hyundai Motor America ended 2007 with very strong vehicle sales. While this is great news, it has depleted our supply of 5 passenger Santa Fe Gray floormats.
To ensure that we do not impede the availability of these vehicles to our customers, you may receive some vehicles that have 7 passenger floormat sets. Please discard the third row mat.
We understand that each dealership has a unique new vehicle process. Please pass this information along to those who need to know this information.
