Congratulations Direct Mail Program Winners!
Over $49,500 dollars in incentive rewards have just been given out in the P3 2007 Parts Direct Mail Program Incentive. Congratulations to all the Parts and Service Mangers who won. Your E-Card winnings have been applied.
The Parts Direct Mail Program is designed to help drive traffic into your dealership. In 2007 we sent out approximately 3 million mailers. Parts & Service Co-op Announcement
Advertising Guidelines & Other Forms
The 2008 Co-op advertising guidelines and forms are now available on Parts page of HyundaiDealer.com by selecting the Parts & Service Co-op Claims link.
Program Summary
- Dealership must be enrolled in the 2008 Hyundai Parts Marketing Program to qualify for parts co-op.
- Co-op funds will be provided on a quarterly basis using previous two completed quarters’ purchases and Co-op utilization rate to determine the level of funding.
- Funds must be spent in the quarter that they are allocated and claims must be submitted no later than 45 days after the quarter’s end.
- You have until February 15th to submit your claims into ACB for your 4th quarter 2007 monies.
