Car Care Service Expo Kit
April is national car care month, and Hyundai wants to assist you maximize your opportunities on the service drive. We will be shipping each dealer a Car Care Expo kit at no charge. This kit provides additional support materials to make your event a real success. Contents of the kit are: a How-to-Guide, Banner, String Pennants, Turtle Wax Product Sample Packets, and promotional Key chains.
There will be NO net cost to the dealership for these kits. It is fully supported through Co-Op. A $100 charge will appear on your parts invoice (PN: 00110-05000), but a subsequent $100 credit will be issued within the same month.
The $100 credit reference number will be: CAREKIT.
E-order Handling Fee Reimbursement Update
Attention SmartStock Dealers
In order to encourage dealers to utilize the stock order recommendations generated by their DMS system, the SmartStock E-order handling fee reimbursement policy was recently changed. The previous requirement of exceeding average HSI score was changed to “meet or exceed” a stock order threshold based on lines ordered. This was effective for the first quarter of 2008.
As a result of the feedback from the field staff, HMA Parts Dept. is modifying the requirement thresholds to allow dealer reimbursement to be more readily attainable. The revised qualifications are:

This policy change is retroactive to the first quarter, 2008. Please remember that qualification criteria are cumulative for each quarter, and it is reset at the beginning of each quarter.
