Parts Manager Survey
Hyundai Motor America and NASPC have teamed up to co-sponsor the annual survey of our parts managers across the U.S. The purpose of this study is to determine your satisfaction with the products and support we provide with regards to your parts operations. Your feedback is extremely important to us. We review all your input in detail and use it to help shape our future direction.
Access Survey
Go to www.HyundaiPartsManagerSurvey.com, and enter "Hyundai" for OEM and your 5-digit dealer code (see illustration below) to begin survey.
Length of Survey
It should take 20-30 minutes to complete the survey. Please note that if you should get interrupted or close your browser part way through the survey, you can return at any time to pick up where you left off. It automatically tracks your progress.
Important Tips
- Please remember that this survey is to be filled out by the Parts Manager. Only one submission per dealer is allowed.
- If a question does not apply specifically to you or your operations, please leave it blank.
- Please complete the survey by October 3, 2008.
