Genesis DIS Navigation & Bluetooth
Technical Notice
HMA has evaluated DIS Navigation A/V Modules returned for Bluetooth related functional issues, and in nearly all cases, the A/V module’s Bluetooth feature functioned normally. It is believed that the majority of these warranty returns resulted from the owner experiencing some level of difficulty while attempting to pair their Bluetooth-enabled cellular phones. Therefore, HMA strongly recommends that during the retail delivery process, the Sales staff take the opportunity to pair the customer’s primary cellular phone to the Genesis Bluetooth system.

Co-op Deadline, 3Q 2008
If you haven't taken advantage of your 3rd quarter 2008 monies yet, you have until November 15th to get your claims into ABC. OC or PEAK Service Reminder Mailers do not require dealership to submit a claim for Co-op credit; claim processing is automatic.
Tracking Claims
4Q 2008 Co-op Allowance and 3Q One Command (OC) and PEAK (PK) invoices are now viewable on the ParaNet web site. OC/PEAK Claims section is located below Claim Activity section. This should assist dealership in tracking your OC/PEAK claim submissions.
Claim Submission Instructions
- Access the Parts & Service Co-op Claims link on HyundaiDealer.com.
- Complete and print the interactive claim form for each claim submitted and ensure all dealership information is complete and accurate.
- Attach supporting documentation required for each type of advertising claim.
- Retain a copy for your records.
- Forward the original claim form, invoice and sample of the advertisement to ACB.
