Service Campaign T73 involves a KIT (P/N: 86150-1E010-KIT), which is comprised of two parts:
- 86150-1E010-QQH - Cover assembly – Cowl top side, LH
- 86160-1E010-QQH - Cover assembly – Cowl top side, RH
Ordering Instructions
As stated in the DCS message to the dealers, the KIT P/N (86150-1E010-KIT) will not show any inventory on hand, but the two Part Numbers that make up the kit will show inventory.
Please ensure you order the KIT Part Number (86150-1E010KIT) and NOT the individual Parts that make up this KIT.
HVOC Service Web Site
Changes for 2009
- The J.D. Power HSI written survey is the only scored service survey effective 1/1/09. Dealer HSI scores continue to be posted to service PowerKatalyst web site.
- Service telephone surveys are no longer being performed effective 1/1/09.
- The service HVOC web site continues to generate Hot Comments to highlight customer concerns PRIOR to the Power HSI survey being sent to the customer.
- Service managers continue to be notified by email when a Hot Comment is received from a customer.
- Service managers should use the Hot Comments as a “Touch & Go” process to address and RESOLVE customer concerns before customers receive and complete HSI surveys
