For 28 years, National Car Care Month has reminded motorists of the importance of vehicle maintenance – not only to ensure peak performance but to reduce pollution and protect the environment. Hyundai Motor America is promoting National Car Care Month by sending a select group of owners whose vehicles are 4 - 6 years old and have 40,000+ miles the following offer:
- Free Genuine Oil Filter
- Free Multi-Point Inspection
- Free Vehicle Appraisal

Service Sells Cars Program - Earn 15,000 Star Power Points
Recommend an active Hyundai service customer who owns a 4 –6 year old vehicle with 40,000+ miles purchase or lease a new Hyundai. If they do within 15 days of their servicevisit, then you could receive 15,000 Star Power Points. For details, see program rules enclosed or visit HyundaiStarPower.com.

Multi-Point Inspection and Fixed Right First Time Awards
- Earn 1,200 POINTS if HSI survey response = Yes to both MPI and FRFT
- Earn 500 Points if HSI survey response = Yes to MPI only
- Earn 500 Points if HSI Survey response = Yes to FRFT only
The Multi-Point Inspection Process and Fixed Right First Time are key actions to increase your customers’service satisfaction by communicating with your customer and building that trusting relationship. Also, don’t forget to finish strong with a full active delivery to ensure your customers understand the results of the Multi-Point Inspection and all repairs and charges.
