Hyundai recommends that owner’s replace their Cabin Air Filters every 10,000 miles or once a year.

A dirty or clogged cabin air filter can cause contaminants to become so concentrated in the cabin that passengers actually breathe in more fumes and particles when riding in the car compared to walking down the street.

Wheel Lock Part Numbers

For 2009 Santa Fe and Veracruz vehicles, you should order wheel lock part numbers U8440-00200.

This is a change from the previous year models which required the U8440-00100. This is due to the 2009 models switching to a longer stud. It should also be noted that the "00200" part number also applies to the 2009 Elantra Touring vehicle.

HM02 & HM33 Operation Codes = Customer Pay

Please process the two mentioned Op Codes as Customer Pay. If you process them as Warranty they are not eligible for dealer reimbursement. In the Operation Code area make sure to include the 4-digit code and in the description section write: P&S Coupon for HM02 and Service Coupon for HM33.


Tow Hitch Harness Return

Please return for full credit any excess inventory of U8614-2B002 (Santa Fe) and U8612-3J002 (Veracruz) direct to battery connectors to your facing PDC using the TR (Technical Return) return type. These harnesses referenced in TSB 08-01-015 were not intended for stocking purposes due to being applicable to a limited population of vehicles.

Any old tow hitch harnesses in dealer stock (U8612-2B001, U8614-2B001 and U8612-3J001) should also be returned immediately for credit. This includes any harnesses that may be in tow hitch kits in dealer stock. Use the TR return code on the Request for Part Return screen to submit your claim. Please include a copy of the claim with your return to insure your dealership receives credit promptly.
