2009 Accessory Feature & Benefits Guide

Dealers should have received the 2009 Hyundai Genuine Accessories Feature & Benefits Guide. To help increase your accessory sales, this guide could be placed in Sales Department, F&I Department, or customer lounge.

Illustrated Service Guide

Within the next couple of weeks, dealers should soon be receiving the Hyundai Illustrated Service Guide!

The Illustrated Service Guide provides the Service Consultant with any easy to understand binder in which to increase customer pay activity on the Service Derive. It details new and used parts along with the pros/cons of not taking care of those items during their regular scheduled maintenance intervals.

Flickering Drop-Down Menus

If the drop-down menus on this webpage flicker or faintly appear when hovering your mouse over a menu item, follow the simple instructions below to correct this.

  1. On the menu bar of your browser window, click Tools >> Internet Options…
  2. On the General tab in the Internet Options dialog box, click the [Settings] button.
  3. In the Settings dialog box, ensure “Automatically” is checked. Then press the [OK] button.

  • T2 (3M) — Service Ranking Report (Overall 3 Month) – All new questions added.
  • T2M — Service Ranking Report (Overall 1 Month) – All new questions added.
