The new HPI survey went live on Wednesday, July 8th. This survey has been designed for ease of completion, with length and content, and developed to focus on potential high-impact elements of the overall customer experience, with the anticipated end-result of gaining valuable insight into the sales process areas in need of the greatest improvement.

Hyundai Training and Certification System — TACS
Hyundai Motor America and Mobis Parts America are pleased to announce the all new Dealer Training and Certification System (TACS), which will be launched on Monday, July 13, 2009.
TACS will offer a wide array of features that will allow you to:
- Single, easy to use site
- Take web based training courses 24/7
- Register for upcoming seminars and webinars, just 3 clicks to enroll
- View the entire catalog of training courses
- Print training certificates
- Track your training progress and print your transcripts
This new system will replace the Hyundai Learning Management System (LMS) and hmatraining.com. All of your training history in both of these systems will be automatically transferred to TACS. In order to acquaint you with the system, a Quick Reference Guide has been sent to all dealers and is also available on PDF (click here).
In addition, there will be three webinars to acquaint users with the registration process and system features. The sessions will be held on Fri, 7/10 @ 2pm Pacific, Mon 7/13 @9am Pacific and Monday 7/13 @11am Pacific.
