Length of Survey
It should take 20-30 minutes to complete the survey. Please note that if you should get interrupted or close your browser part way through the survey, you can return at any time to pick up where you left off. It automatically tracks your progress.

- Please remember that this survey is to be filled out by the Parts Manager. Only one submission per dealer is allowed.

Shipment Tracking on Web DCS
Hyundai Motor America is implementing a new shipping system which will allow dealers to access shipment tracking information using the web DCS Order Status screen.
The new system is being rolled out to the HMA PDCs over the next four weeks. The shipment tracking information will be available for all PDCs and all shipments by mid-October.
Shipment tracking data will be available on web DCS at the close of business for each PDC. The tracking numbers will be available for two weeks after the order date.
Click on the [Order Tracking] button on the Order Status detail screen to view the tracking number and invoice (shipment) date.
FedEx Shipments
If the parts were shipped using FedEx a [FedEx Tracking] button will be displayed that will take you directly to the FedEx web site for delivery details.
