Qualifying Rules

Deactivating Shopping Links o HD.com

Attention Parts Managers

HMA recently posted a survey that ran for over a month on HyundaiDealer.com/Parts Online inquiring whether or not dealers are using the Shopping Cart feature to place parts orders. Based on the survey results, the dealer body indicated that the Shopping Cart feature is seldom used. As a result of this feedback, HMA will be deactivating the Shopping Cart links and functionality on HyundaiDealer.com and WebDCS effective 10/9/2009.

Reman Engine Ordering Procedures

"HRM" Part Number Ending

When ordering a Reman Engine, be sure to type HRM at the end of the part number (eg: 21101-23J50-HRM).

Exceptions to Ordering Reman Unit

The three primary exceptions in which you would NOT order a reman unit are:

  • Vehicle has under 500 miles
  • Reman parts B/O
  • Lemon Law prevention
