Shipment Tracking on Web DCS Update!

Hyundai Motor America has implemented a new shipping system which will allow dealers to access shipment tracking information using the web DCS Order Status screen.

The new system was rolled out to the HMA PDCs over several weeks and shipment tracking information is now available for all PDCs and all shipments.

Shipment tracking data will be available on web DCS at the close of business for each PDC. The tracking numbers will be available for two weeks after the order date.

Click on the [Order Tracking] button on the Order Status detail screen to view the tracking number and invoice (shipment) date.

FedEx Shipments

If the parts were shipped using FedEx, a [FedEx Tracking] button will be displayed that will take you directly to the FedEx web site for delivery details.
