Hyundai STAR Awards Launches for Service Teams
Did you get your all-new Hyundai STAR Awards Website materials in the mail, a cool Flash video in email and an invitation to a webinar? Make sure you check it out! It's on the new site at HyundaiStarAwards.com
New Website!
It is an exciting time for Hyundai Service teams! We proudly launched the innovative Hyundai STAR Awards Website on January 5, 2010.
This brand new, all-encompassing platform for Hyundai’s existing dealer service award programs is especially designed for your service team. Not only are we offering three times the number of awards to choose from—10,000 awards to be exact, but all of the service award programs are housed under one website that contains goals, communications, best practices and much, much more.
Information Material
To help you take full advantage of this exciting new platform, we have sent you materials that should have already arrived. Service Managers should have received a copy of a 2010 Program Guide, a welcome letter, and a number of copies of a smaller two-fold brochure for each of your team. Please make sure you hand out and review the brochures with your service team members. If they participate in the Service STAR or STAR Power programs, they all should have logged into the new website by now. If not or if you need more brochures, please contact your DPSM immediately.
Training Webinars
Finally, if you haven’t already heard, there are webinars going on right now on how to use the all-new Hyundai STAR Awards Web site. If you haven’t received that email from your DPSM, just ask him/her about it. There are webinars offered at various times everyday next week. So, be sure to attend one that works for you.
We hope your service team enjoys and benefits from the all-new Hyundai STAR Awards program and we thank you for all your continued support and dedication. It's your path to service success.
ADP Dealers of the Drive
Attention ADP Dealers
With the release by ADP of Drive, HMA has found functionality exists that will require Drive be certified for use by Smartstock dealers. The main issue is with the Drive stock order process (IRE) and new functionality associated with it. All systems have the ability to use the legacy job STK which IS compliant, however, this is NOT the default when Drive is loaded. To remain on Smartstock, dealers must use STK to generate stock orders. If you are not setup for STK, contact ADP to make it your default stock order job. HMA/Mobis has tentatively scheduled certification of Drive to begin mid-January 2010. Please continue to use STK until such time as Drive is deemed compliant. Standard Smartstock inventory control parameters should be used without modification.
