Who is the South Central Region Dealer of the Year?
If you don’t, it’s time to get to know them. This fantastic Service Team worked incredibly hard in 2009 to meet and exceed all their customers’ expectations. Drum-roll please… the 2009 Dealer of the Year for the South Central region is… Hyundai of Bentonville (AR024)!!!
Hyundai of Bentonville ended the 2009 year with a strong 950 HSI score. This group has an unbelievable number of vehicles that are Fixed Right the First Time (FRFT) – 95.6%! The strengths of the Service Team at Hyundai of Bentonville are that they strongly understand the need to respect their customers’ time and they work really to create a strong relationship with their customers.
To recognize their accomplishment, Hyundai of Bentonville was awarded with a beautiful banner recognizing their accomplishments as the 2009 Dealer of the Year for the South Central Region. To really do this award justice, the region catered a great, down home BBQ lunch for the entire Hyundai of Bentonville staff. Newspaper staff was on hand to mark the occasion. The attached photo represents the Hyundai of Bentonville management staff and their region and district support.
Not surprisingly, Hyundai of Bentonville is currently at 957 HSI score for 2010 and a whopping 972 in March. Look out South Central dealers! Hyundai of Bentonville is making a play for that 2010 banner. And, their “sister” store, Kent Dobbs Hyundai (AR018), was #2 in HSI for the region in 2009. Great job Hyundai of Bentonville and Kent Dobbs Hyundai! Keep up the great work!
