Extra! Extra! Eastern Region 2009 Dealer of the Year!

This outstanding Service Team opened their location in March 2009 and started getting their first HSI surveys in June. They worked incredibly hard to make up for any lost time in 2009 and blew everyone away!
The Lester Glenn Hyundai of Manahawkin Service Team has consistently been providing world-class service to their customers for a year now, leading the district and the region and ending 2009 at 960 HSI score. They’ve even outdone their 2009 score with their current at 982 score. It doesn’t get much better than that! Or does it? They have also managed to maintain a Fixed Right First Time score of 96.3%. Way to go Manahawkin Service Team!
To recognize their success in 2009, Lester Glenn Hyundai of Manahawkin was awarded with two beautiful banners recognizing their accomplishments as the 2009 Dealer of the Year for the Eastern Region and 4th Quarter Dealer of the District (EA8). 1st Quarter Service STAR Percent Allocation Deadline!!!
The 1st Quarter Service STAR Percent Allocation deadline is 3/26/10 at midnight and that deadline is fast approaching. You can now make your dealership’s percent allocation changes or updates on this website.
You must complete the allocation of the Service STAR award for all your employees by 3/26/10 at midnight because there will be no changes or exceptions made after that date. To complete this process, just…
- Go to the Verification Tool on the left side of the navigation bar
- Verify all employees listed for allocation are the correct employees (i.e., currently working for the dealership)
- Verify the percentage allocated to each employee is appropriate (this may need to change over time as people change roles or as employees are terminated)
- Confirm all allocations add up to 100% for your dealership - if it does not add up to 100% the program will not allow you to exit.
- Click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the Verification Tool page
- You must have any Service STAR participating employees who are currently showing as "unenrolled" enroll in the Hyundai STAR Awards website by 3/26/10 or they will not receive their Service STAR payout (if the dealership qualifies).
Important
For those employees who have been employed by your dealership for less than 60 days and should be participating in Service STAR:
- Mark "Yes" as Service STAR participating, click the "Submit" button. If the percentage is greyed-out, you will not be able to allocate a percentage immediately.
- To change this greyed-out box to allow you to allocate a percentage, click the "Home" button in the navigation bar
- Then, go to the Verification Tool again on the navigation bar. The greyed-out box will now appear white and allow you to enter the allocation percent for any new, Service STAR participating employees. To complete, click the "Submit" button.
Make sure you complete all the steps before midnight on Friday, 3/26/10 - there will be NO exceptions to this rule after 3/26/10.
