Service Training Opportunities
Q3 Non-tech Training Schedule on TACS
The Service non-technical training schedule for July through September has been posted on TACS. It's highlighted by the introduction in August of our brand-new one-day Advanced Selling Techniques program. With the launch of this new program, we're also launching Gold-level certification for Service Consultants. The other requirements are two web-based courses: Effective Customer Communication and Customer Retention. You'll find those on TACS as well.
New Webinar to Launch on July 6th & July 7th
Hyundai has a new webinar for Service Consultants on Multi-Point Inspection. You'll find it in TACS as follows: July 6 , Central and South-Central Regions; and July 7, Eastern Region. As with all our Service non-technical webinars, you can attend a program designated for any region. Never done a webinar? It's a short, interactive training program using internet and telephone connections. After you enroll on TACS, you'll receive an e-mail the day before the program with an internet link and a toll-free phone number. Other webinars are scheduled that same week as well. Our webinars are presented by the same team of highly rated facilitators who present our instructor-led classes.
Hyundai Owners in Times Square
New Ad Campaign
We are excited to announce the launch of Hyundai’s latest innovative campaign — The Hyundai Times Square Digital Billboard, featuring real Hyundai owners.
We asked owners to submit a photo of themselves and a list of three things they love about their Hyundai. And as usual, Hyundai owners delivered for us.
The board is up now, live in Times Square. Along with it, we launched an exclusive runners-up Facebook album and encouraged owners to spread the word on Twitter by using #HyundaiNYC.
It’s all part of building a strong relationship with our customers. So, next time you’re in Times Square, take a look up at the board and bask in the Hyundai love.
Thank you for all you do to make Hyundai a success.
Sincerely,
Chris Perry
Vice President, Marketing
