Hyundai Named in Top 5 Most-Considered Brands by KBB.com
Kelley Blue Book’s Kbb.com Brand Watch reports that for the first time ever, Hyundai has made the list of top five most-considered brands. In Q2 2010 Hyundai brand consideration surged nearly six percentage points in the non-luxury coupe/sedan/hatchback segment.

Starting August 12, 2010, two new features are available in SSO:
- Address Quality by Service Consultant
- Tip of the Month
Address Quality by Service Consultant is a feature that tracks the ability of Service Consultants to capture and record accurate postal and email addresses on Repair Orders.
Tip of the Month is a collection of “helpful hints” for optimizing the SSO experience and targeting some of the more important features. Tips will be published monthly in conjunction with metric updates and are accessible from the “Monthly Tip” menu item.

Accessories Update
Santa Fe Cargo Screen:
The 2009MY Santa Fe cargo screen will not fit on the 2010MY Santa Fe. Hyundai is working to make a 2010MY cargo cover available.
Azera Mudguards:
The 2010MY Azera mudguards do not fit on the 2011MY Azera. Mudguards for the 2011MY Azera will not be offered.
Touch-up Paint:
Beginning with new 2011MY new launch vehicles, touch up paint will be offered in a bottle with a roller ball pen tip and brush. The new paint has a longer shelf life (4 years) and offers a more precise application. The previous paint pens will still be used for 2010MY and previous vehicles and 2011MY carry-over vehicles.

Important Reminder
Any over-purchases on a dealer's part to increase their odds of winning the PPG will not be tolerated. HMA reserves the right to audit a dealer's stock order and any parts returns. If fraudulent behavior is identified, the dealer risks losing PPG award status and will be suspended from the PPG program for the next year. In addition, fraudulent behavior is strictly prohibited under the rules of SmartStock, placing the dealer at risk of removal from this program.
DIO Accessories are now on the TUBE
You asked for it and it’s here! Dealer installed accessories can now be found on the TUBE by model. This will assist your dealer efforts to promote and sell accessories at the time of vehicle purchase. Take a few minutes and familiarize yourself with this new DIO sales tool.
We are working on the 2011 accessories and they will be loaded to the TUBE shortly.
