Core Returns

In order to ensure availability of remanufactured parts, it is crucial that dealers return cores in a timely manner. Not only is this beneficial for parts availability but dealers get reimbursed faster for core charges as well. So please make an effort to send cores back as soon as possible.

This September … hope is in the air, thanks to you, the U.S. Hyundai dealers! As you may know, this year Hyundai Motor America and you, the Hyundai dealers of the U.S., together have undertaken a major initiative dedicated to Hyundai’s signature corporate social responsibility program – fighting childhood cancer with Hyundai Hope on Wheels. This September – Childhood Cancer Awareness Month – Hyundai will raise awareness of this dreaded disease and help educate the public about the need for greater funding for the research and programs helping kids fight cancer. As part of this initiative, Hope on Wheels will donate millions to hospitals and organizations across the country in the form of $100,000 Hope Grants.

PDC Holiday Closure Notification

Dealer Parts Manager:

All Mobis Parts America Parts Distribution Centers, along with the Dealer Parts Hotline and Call Center will be closed on Monday, September 6, 2010 in observance of the Labor Day Holiday.

All orders will be processed as follows:

  • Emergency orders:
    • Orders input by 3:00 p.m. local PDC time on Friday, September 3rd will be processed and shipped the same day.
    • Orders entered after 3:00 P.M. on Friday, September 3rd will be processed and shipped on Tuesday, September 7th.
  • Stock orders:
    • All stock orders scheduled for input on Monday, September 6 should be input on Friday, September 3rd. These orders will be processed and shipped on Tuesday, September 7th.

Please order accordingly to satisfy your customer needs. If you have any questions, please contact the Parts Hotline or Call Center.
