Revised Claim Process

We are pleased to announce the implementation of a new carrier claim process for all Hyundai dealers serviced by MPA PDCs via FedEx Freight LTL (truck) service. This new process will be effective for LTL truck shipments on and after September 6, 2010. Listed below are the new procedures that must be followed to ensure proper credit for your freight loss or damage incurred on Fed Ex LTL shipments.
