Equus Radio Warranty Announcement
Equus Radio, Sound System, Bluetooth, Navigation System (including Driver Information System - DIS)
An original equipment radio, disc player, DVD player, speakers, antenna, and antenna leads are covered for the first 60 months from the date of original retail delivery, or date of first use, or 60,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
An original BlueTooth system, parts hardware, wire harness, module (HFM) and bezel are covered for the first 60 months from the date of original retail delivery, or date of first use, or 60,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
An original Navigational System (including DIS), parts hardware, head unit, bezel trim, antenna and wire harness and software failure are covered for the first 60 months from the date of original retail delivery, or date of first use, or 60,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
Open Campaign on WEBDCS
During the IQS period it is extra critical to make sure that ALL vehicles in stock are having outstanding campaigns completed before sale. To help facilitate this, all dealers now have the ability to view, print, and export their Service Campaign and/or Recall VIN Listings for both Retailed and Dealer Stock Vehicles via WEBDCS.
On WEBDCS:
- Select the SERVICE tab and then select INFORMATION.
The INFORMATION option has two new additional selections added: - Uncompleted Campaign VIN List – Retailed
- Uncompleted Campaign VIN List – Dealer Stock

Dealers will shortly receive a complimentary set of 2011 Brochures for the following models: Accent, Azera, Elantra Touring, Genesis, Genesis Coupe, Santa Fe, Sonata, Tucson, Veracruz. Additional printed copies are available on Print on Demand.

Reman Part Number Reference Guide Updated
The Reman Part Number Reference Guide located in the Reference Material section of this site has been updated. Click here to download.
GDS Internet Update - Version 1.10.04
An internet update for your GDS unit is now available.
In order to update to version 1.10.04 your GDS unit requires the latest DVD, version 1.10.00, to be installed.
The GDS unit will search for internet updates automatically when ever the GDS program is started or the “Internet Update” button is pressed.
The GDS internet update will contain the following:
- 217 CMA F/L 3.5 P0017 DTC Logic Improvement

Parts Holiday Closure
In observance of the Christmas and New Year holidays, all MOBIS Parts America Distribution Centers will be closed on Friday, December 24th and December 31st , except for our Aurora, IL facility which will be processing limited Emergency orders ONLY.
The Emergency Order cut-off time for both December 24th and December 31st will be 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
The Dealer Call Center will also be open from 5:30 A.M. PST to 12:30 P.M. PST.
All other PDC’s will be closed.
Please note that there will be no will calls or SPL regular service. All emergency orders placed after 12:00 PST will be shipped on Monday, December 27th and/or Monday January 3rd, 2011.
All dealers serviced by the Aurora, IL. PDC and Jamesburg, NJ. PDC should enter their emergency orders as usual. All dealers serviced by the Lawrenceville, GA. and Ontario, Ca. PDC’s should call their emergency orders into the Dealer Call Center at 800-545-4515 or fax to 714-965-3845. Please include your dealer code when faxing orders.
All orders for the Christmas & New Year Holiday week will be processed as follows:
