Carlisle Service Manager Survey
Hyundai and the other automotive manufacturers have teamed up to co-sponsor an industry study of Service Managers across the United States. The purpose of this study is to determine industry trends and satisfaction levels with the services and support provided by each of the manufacturers.
Your feedback is extremely important and will be shared within our organization in order to enhance the level of service we provide you. The more responses we receive, the stronger the message that is communicated to Hyundai and the rest of the industry.

- Sign on to the Hyundai Training and Certification System - TACS (www.hyundaitacs.com). If you are not already registered in TACS, please click on the “New to TACS” pink balloon for enrollment information.
- Parts Managers and Counterpersons should click on “WEBINAR: GENUINE HYUNDAI REMOTE START SYSTEM” under the training column on your parts homepage. On the next screen, click on the session you would like to attend and then click the Enroll button.
- If your job role is other than Parts Manager or Counterperson, click on Course Catalog from the menu bar, then catalog view. Select “WEBINAR: GENUINE HYUNDAI REMOTE START SYSTEM” or PTSWEB08 Course ID (you can click on course title or course ID to sort the list). On the next screen, click on the session you would like to attend and then click the Enroll button.
