Identify Potential Using The Labor Operations Per Service Consultant Metric
This exhibit in ServiceSmarts® addresses two service consultant level metrics that are key in analyzing each service consultant’s potential to sell the customer the necessary services for their vehicle.
The top chart shows the percentage of CP Labor Ops Per RO that each service consultant in your dealership generated over the past 12 months in each category. To calculate this metric, each RO is placed into one of three groups to identify those purchasing 1, 2, or 3+ labor ops on that RO. The consultant is identified for each RO and the percentages calculated reflect the amount in each group.
The bottom chart shows the CP RO count, made by the service consultant, for the current time period, on the vehicles targeted in ServiceSmarts. The RO count (particularly the high volume consultants) combined with the percentage of 3+ labor ops may help give a more complete picture of how the consultant is addressing customer’s needs.
