Use ServiceSmarts® Online to Improve Your Dealer Retention
With the Dealer Retention metric now measuring two or more customer pay service visits for vehicles, it is even more important to understand how to use the reports in ServiceSmarts® Online to drive your retention performance.
The Visits per Customer benchmark and trend reports will help identify the frequency of your customers’
visit(s) to your dealership for customer pay service.
Customers that have visited your dealership once in the past 12 months are already half way towards impacting your retention metric. By focusing on transitioning the single visit customers to 2 or more visits, you will be able to increase your retention performance and establish a stronger relationship with your customers.
To access ServiceSmarts® go to hyundaidealer.com, navigate to the Service tab and click on the ServiceSmarts® link on the left hand side.

Hyundai Parts Orders (HPO) Website
On 5/5/2010, HMA launched the www.hyundaipartsorders.com, as a result of a pending litigation against HMA that relates to parts ordering operations. This litigation has since been resolved. As a result of the outcome of the litigation there is no longer a need for the www.hyundaipartsorders.com website. Therefore, HMA will be decommissioning the www.hyundaipartsorders.com website on Monday 5/9/2011. Please use HyundaiDealer.com /WebDCS for all Hyundai parts ordering effective Monday 5/9/2011
