2nd Quarter 2011 Parts & Service Co-op Allowance

Your dealership’s available Co-op funds for the 2nd Quarter 2011 have been posted and can be viewed through a website link on Hyundaidealer.com. Access is from the Parts screen. The link is located on the left side of the screen and is entitled Parts & Service Co-Op Claims.

The Parts & Service Co-op allowance calculations are still based on using previous two completed quarters’ purchases and co-op utilization rate to determine level of funding. The following criteria still must be met:

  • Dealership must be enrolled in the 2011 Hyundai Owner Connect Marketing Program.
  • Funds must be spent in the quarter that they are allocated and claims must be submitted no later than 45 days after the month in which the ad runs. If you haven’t taken advantage of your 1st quarter 2011 monies, you have until May 16th to get your claims into ACB.

In the meantime, you can view your current account balance and claim status through a website link on Hyundaidealer.com.

Should you have any questions, please coordinate these through your District Parts and Service Manager (DPSM) or Parts Business Development Manager (PBDM).

Please make sure you are taking full advantage of all your Parts & Service Co-op funds. We do not want you to leave any money on the table.

ServiceSmarts® Online Dealer Retention & Service Visits Metric

When you launch ServiceSmarts® Online your dealer homepage will be displayed with key performance metrics summarized. The Dealer Retention and Visits per Customer metrics are related but have some key differences.

The connection between these two metrics enables you to identify the easiest potential source of customers to impact your retention performance. The visits per customer metric can be used to maximize your retention by focusing on your existing customer base. Transitioning the single visit customers to 2 or more visits is the simplest approach to improving your retention performance.
