New Order Transaction History on DealerTire Site

This new website application has been developed to provide you with the ability to inquire into, display and print your order transaction history. You can access this printer-friendly feature from the Order Center drop-down menu. For your HMA Parts Statement, you will see one line for all purchases made within each calendar month.

You can find the link to the Hyundai Authorized Tire Program in the Service section of HyundaiDealer.com. Click on the Tire Program link located on the left hand menu.

The new functions will allow you to Search by the following:

  • Order Number
  • Customer PO
  • RO Number
  • Invoice Number
  • SKU/Part Number
  • Order Date Range
  • Invoice Date Range
  • Consolidated Period

PDC Holiday Closure Notification

All MOBIS Parts America Parts Distribution Centers, along with the Dealer Call Center will be closed on Monday, May 30, 2011 in observance of the Memorial Day Holiday.

All orders will be processed as follows:

  • Emergency orders:
    • Orders input by 3:00 p.m. local PDC time on Friday, May 27th will be processed and shipped the same day
    • Orders entered after 3:00 P.M. on Friday, May 27th will be processed and shipped on Tuesday, May 31st
  • Stock orders:
    • All stock orders scheduled for input on Monday, May 30th should be input on Friday, May 27th. These orders will be processed and shipped on Tuesday, May 31st

GDS Internet Update - Version 1.11.03

An internet update for your GDS unit is now available.

In order to update to version 1.11.03 your GDS unit requires the latest DVD, version 1.11.00, to be installed.

The GDS unit will search for internet updates automatically when ever the GDS program is started or the “Internet Update” button is pressed.

The GDS internet update will contain the following ECU update event:

  • 231 YFA TCM P0748 DTC Logic Improvement
