Sonata i-Pod Cable Information
A new feature for the 2012 (YF) Sonata is “Audio 3.0”. This audio system has a new interface for the i-Pod music systems, known as a “Digital i-Pod connection”. This new digital connection uses the standard cable that comes with the i-Pod from Apple. Customers will not need the Hyundai i-Pod cable for these new “Audio 3.0” radios.
The “Audio 3.0” system is NOT used on any 2012 Sonata that has factory navigation. For proper integration of a customer’s i-Pod, the HMA i-Pod cable is needed on 2012 (YF) Sonatas that do have factory navigation.

GDS Internet Update - Version 1.11.04
An internet update for your GDS unit is now available.
In order to update to version 1.11.04 your GDS unit requires the latest DVD, version 1.11.00, to be installed.
The GDS unit will search for internet updates automatically when ever the GDS program is started or the “Internet Update” button is pressed.
The GDS internet update will contain the following:
