The Declined Service option offers follow-up communication to customers that have declined recommended service with the opportunity to provide offers that are targeted specifically to the customer and the service declined. PDC Holiday Closure Notification
All Mobis Parts America Parts Distribution Centers, along with the Dealer Support Center, will be closed on Monday, July 4, 2011 in observance of the Independence Day Holiday.
All orders will be processed as follows:
- Emergency orders:
- Orders input by 3:00 p.m. local PDC time on Friday, July 1st will be processed and shipped the same day
- Orders entered after 3:00 P.M. on Friday, July 1st will be processed and shipped on Tuesday, July 5th
- Stock orders:
- All stock orders scheduled for input on Monday, July 4th should be input on Friday, July 1st. These orders will be processed and shipped on Tuesday, July 5th

GDS Internet Update - Version 1.11.07
An internet update for your GDS unit is now available.
In order to update to version 1.11.04 your GDS unit requires the latest DVD, version 1.11.00, to be installed.
The GDS unit will search for internet updates automatically when ever the GDS program is started or the “Internet Update” button is pressed.
The GDS internet update will contain the following:
- ECU update 235 YF HEV 2.4L P0456 DTC Logic Improvement
- VCI Firmware updated. If possible, your VCI unit should be available during the internet update
