Blue Link Service Advisor Guide Now Available

Blue Link is here and to assist with questions that may arise on the service drive, we have developed the Blue Link Service Advisor Reference Guide. This guide is a handy reference tool to direct Service Advisors where to go for information on common topics, such as:

  • How to enroll a customer in Blue Link
  • How to determine an owner’s Blue Link status
  • New Blue Link screens in Web DCS and the information they provide
  • DTC Messages and Alerts

And much, much more… The Blue Link Service Advisor Reference Guide is available for download on HyundaiDealer.com under Documents and Resources > Blue Link/Telematics.
