Hyundai Customer Connect Center

Did you know....

  • The Hyundai Consumer Affairs Call Center name was recently changed to…
… the Hyundai Customer Connect Center (or HCCC)
  • On August 16th, we’re launching a new IVR (or phone tree) for the Hyundai Customer Connect Center. The IVR (or phone tree) is the recording and prompts that you hear when you call the phone number - 800-633-5151. This new IVR will route customers (and dealers) to agents with specific skills sets, making the process more efficient and effective.
  • Here are the items the Hyundai Customer Connect Center can assist with:
    • Answering questions about warranty coverage
    • Answering questions about features & functionality of vehicles
    • Documenting complaints, compliments and feedback about the Sales/Service experience, vehicles, advertising / marketing, website functionality and content
    • Answering questions about recalls or campaigns
    • Consideration for goodwill (never a guarantee)
    • Locating dealers
    • Locating vehicles
    • Key codes - When a dealer calls about key codes, for PRIVACY reasons, the HCCC has to call the dealer back. They cannot complete the transaction in the initial phone call.
  • And, here are a few things we cannot assist with:
    • Kia vehicles
    • W4s for any employees
    • Star award programs (Sales or Service)
    • Reimbursement for Roadside Assistance must be addressed by the Roadside Assistance call center, which is a prompt or menu option from the main number as “Roadside Assistance”
    • Finance questions have to be addressed by Hyundai Motor Finance, which is a prompt or menu option from the main number as “Financial Services”

3rd Quarter 2011 Parts & Service Co-op Allowance

Your dealership’s available Co-op funds for the 3rd Quarter 2011 have been posted and can be viewed through a website link on Hyundaidealer.com. Access is from the Parts screen. The link is located on the left side of the screen and is entitled Parts & Service Co-Op Claims.

The Parts & Service Co-op allowance calculations are still based on using previous two completed quarters’ purchases and co-op utilization rate to determine level of funding. The following criteria still must be met:

  • Dealership must be enrolled in the 2011 Hyundai Owner Connect Marketing Program.
  • Funds must be spent in the quarter that they are allocated and claims must be submitted no later than 45 days after the month in which the ad runs

In the meantime, you can view your current account balance and claim status through a website link on Hyundaidealer.com.

Should you have any questions, please coordinate these through your District Parts and Service Manager (DPSM) or Parts Business Development Manager (PBDM).

Please make sure you are taking full advantage of all your Parts & Service Co-op funds. We do not want you to leave any money on the table.
