Handprints For Hope

Parts & Service Fundraising Kits

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Hyundai Motor America and its Dealers are proud to support this initiative through Hyundai Hope On Wheels. To help generate awareness, Hyundai is sending each dealer a Handprints For Hope How-To Kit. Included in each How-To Kit are:

  • four Text to Donate standees
  • paper hand prints
  • plastic Hope on Wheels decals

New Part Numbers for Cabin Air Filter

Effective immediately, the part numbers for the new Sonata, Santa Fe, Azera, Tucson and Elantra In-Cabin Air Filters have changed. Please see below for details.

PDC Holiday Closure Notification

All Mobis Parts America Parts Distribution Centers, along with the Parts Support Call Center will be closed on Monday, September 5, 2011, in observance of the Labor Day Holiday.

All orders will be processed as follows:

  • Emergency orders:
    • Orders input by 3:00 p.m. local PDC time on Friday, September 2nd, will be processed and shipped the same day.
    • Orders entered after 3:00 P.M. on Friday, September 2nd, will be processed and shipped on Tuesday, September 6th.
  • Stock orders:
    • All stock orders scheduled for input on Monday, September 5th, should be input on Friday, September 2nd. These orders will be processed and shipped on Tuesday, September 6th.

Hyundai Owner Connect Marketing Consultants

We are pleased to announce that the Hyundai Owner Connect Marketing program has added an additional Marketing Consultant. The additional Marketing Consultant and the realignment of regional support will allow the Marketing Consultants to spend more time assisting dealers to maximize the effectiveness of the Hyundai Owner Connect Marketing Program. The new Marketing Consultant regional assignments are listed below:
