The Service Non-technical Training schedule is now on TACS and ready for enrollments. The November and December schedules will be posted the week of September 12.

October marks the launch of our new one-day course, How to Get and Keep Customers. This replaces the former Service Marketing and Merchandising program. It's a Gold-level certification requirement for Service Managers. While it's aimed at marketing and retention, it also includes such topics as social media, web sites, protecting your internet reputation, and creating a brand for your service department.

We review all your input in detail and use it to help shape our future direction.
