PowerKatalyst Low Survey Volume
Maintenance was recently conducted on our survey deployment software which caused a delay in surveys going out to customers. We have now sent all pending surveys and you will soon begin to see a rise in survey counts. This issue is not related to data extraction. Please submit any inquiries via the PowerKatalyst site or your DPSM.
