New Enhancement Now Available on ServiceSmarts® Online

First Year Loyalty

On September 26th, ServiceSmarts Online users will see a new benchmark exhibit called First Year Service Loyalty. This exhibit shows how many of your dealers' new customers (including CPO) have returned to the dealership for customer pay service; how many have gone to a different dealer; and, how many have not been to any dealer. There will be an option available to download a list of the customers that have not visited any Hyundai dealer. A rolling twelve month trend line exhibit will also be available to show the percentage of new vehicle customers that have gone back to your dealer for customer pay service.

Visit the Hyundai Owner Connect Marketing OnDemand website page to view the updated creative options available now. To view the updated OnDemand page:

  • Logon to HyundaiDealer.com
  • Select the “SERVICE” tab at the top of the page
  • Select “Hyundai Owner Connect Marketing (HOCM)” from the left side of the screen
  • Select “Program Overview” from the HOCM website home page
  • Select “OnDemand” from the sub head listing
