Tecklinks: A Powerful New Diagnostic Application

Hyundai is pleased to introduce Hyundai Techlinks. This revolutionary GDS application quickly leads your technician through the wide array of service material relating to a DTC detected on a Hyundai vehicle. With just a few clicks, your technician can drill down to the most likely diagnostic pathway. This can streamline the “trial and error” diagnostic approach commonly used to isolate the root cause of the DTC.

Log-on to Hyundaidealer.com and navigate to the Service drop-down in the Documents/Resources section to view full details about this new tool.

4th Quarter 2011 Parts & Service Co-Op Allowance

Your dealership’s available Co-Op funds for the 4th Quarter of 2011 have been posted and can be viewed through a website link on Hyundaidealer.com. Access is from the Parts screen. The link is located on the left side of the screen and is entitled Parts & Service Co-Op Claims.

The Parts & Service Co-Op allowance calculations are based on previous completed quarters’ purchases and co-op utilization rate to determine the level of funding. The following criteria must be met:

  • Dealership must be enrolled in the 2011 Hyundai Owner Connect Marketing Program (HOCM)
  • Funds must be spent in the quarter in which they are allocated and claims must be submitted no later than 45 days after the month in which the ad runs

In the meantime, you can view your current account balance and claim status through a website link on Hyundaidealer.com.

Should you have any questions, please coordinate these through your District Parts and Service Manager (DPSM) or Parts Business Development Manager (PBDM).

Please make sure you are taking full advantage of all your Parts & Service Co-op funds. We do not want you to leave any money on the table!
