Webinars Open to All Regions
Hyundai offers several interactive webinars that are easy to access from any PC and they are worth 600 STAR Award points each. TACS lists them under one region at a time. In November, for example, we have three webinars scheduled. See below for dates and times. All webinars are available to you no matter where in the United States you are located.
- Quality Control, Thursday, 11/3, 12:30 p.m. Eastern Time, listed under CENTRAL REGION
- Respecting Customers' Time, Friday, 11/4, 12:30 Eastern Time -- listed under CENTRAL REGION
- Shop Logistics, Tuesday, 11/15, 2 p.m. Eastern Time -- listed under SOUTHERN REGION

Retail Parts & Service Direct Mail Co-Op Submissions
Effective October 1, 2011, third party vendors for Retail Parts & Service Direct Marketing communications are now eligible for 50% Co-Op reimbursement, provided that the dealer submitting the claim is participating in the Hyundai Owner Connect Marketing Program(HOCM) at the base level. The HOCM base level program includes:
- Service Reminder Communications: Sent to all New and Loyal customers
- 6-Month Maintenance Due Letter (New)
- 9-Month Maintenance Due Letter (New)
- 1-Year Anniversary Letter (New)
- Minor/Intermediate Service Letter (Loyal)
- Major Service Letter (Loyal)
- Quarterly Coupon Mailers: Sent to minimum of 500 Lapsed Customers (or all Lapsed Customers if dealer database for Lapsed Customers is less than 500)
- Winter
- Spring
- Fall
All HOCM claims will be automatically processed and submitted by HMA. Third Party vendor claim submissions should be submitted to ACB directly. Claim submissions for third party vendor for Retail Parts & Service Direct mail and dealer participation in the HOCM base program are subject to verification by Hyundai or ACB. All other Parts & Service Co-Op rules still apply.

We are pleased to announce that in addition to email, postal direct mail and automated voice messaging, you may now contact your customers via text messaging. Text messaging is a supplemental communication for all customers who opt in and will be FREE through December 31, 2011.
