Winter Quality Drive

The Hyundai Winter Quality Drive starts today and will continue through February 29, 2012. During the Winter Quality Drive, Hyundai is requesting that each dealership pay particularly close attention to vehicle storage and maintenance requirements, meticulously complete Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI's), and complete every applicable campaign prior to retail delivery. As always, Hyundai will provide updates to vehicles in dealer inventory in an effort to retail every vehicle in the best quality condition possible.

New Guide For Bluetooth Phone Pairing

Great news! Hyundai has just launched a new website offering a step-by-step guide for pairing compatible cell phones to vehicles with Bluetooth. The website is available through four portals: HMAService.com, HyundaiDealer.com, Hyundai.com and MyHyundai.com.

To support the new website, we've created a 9-minute, web-based training course, which is newly available on TACS. We urge you to complete this course. When you do, you'll earn 1,000 Star Award points!

Allentown PDC Relocation/Consolidation

On Friday, November 11, 2011, we will begin the final move of Kia inventory from our Allentown PDC to the MOBIS facility located in Jamesburg, New Jersey.

The following impacts only Hyundai dealers that face out of the Jamesburg, New Jersey PDC

Stock Orders & Regular Orders:

In order to facilitate this move, we are asking all dealers that face out of the Jamesburg, New Jersey PDC that normally enter stock orders on Friday for shipment, to enter their orders Wednesday, November 9th. This will ensure shipment on Thursday, 11/10 and delivery on either 11/10 or 11/11.

All stock orders entered after 11/09 will ship Monday, 11/14.

We are asking Dealers to limit SPL’s for Friday, 11/11.

Emergency Orders:

All Emergency orders entered by Jamesburg, New Jersey PDC facing dealers after 3:00 p.m. Thursday, 11/10 and on Friday, 11/11, will be processed by our Aurora, IL PDC.

GDS Internet Update - Version 1.11.21

An internet update for your GDS unit is now available.

In order to update to version 1.11.21, your GDS unit requires the latest DVD, version 1.11.00, to be installed.

The GDS unit will search for internet updates automatically whenever the GDS program is started or the “Internet Update” button is pressed.

The GDS internet update will contain the following:

  • 251.UD EPS Update
  • 240 BH 4.6 MPI P0139, P0159 DTC Logic Improvement
  • 254.UD 1.8 MPI OCV Logic Improvement (VER.2)
