PDC Thanksgiving Holiday Closure Notification
In observance of the 2011 Thanksgiving holiday, all MOBIS Parts America Distribution Centers (PDC's) will be closed on Thursday, November 24. On Friday, November 25, MOBIS will provide limited emergency order service to all Hyundai dealers from the Ontario, CA PDC until 12:00 PM PST. The Dealer Call Center will also be open from 5:30 AM to 12:30 PM PST. All other PDC’s will be closed. Please note that there will be no Will Calls or SPL regular service. All emergency orders placed after 12:00 PM PST time will be shipped on Monday, November 28.
All dealers serviced by the Ontario, CA and Aurora, IL PDC’s should enter their emergency orders as usual. All dealers serviced by the Atlanta, GA and Jamesburg, NJ PDC’s should call their emergency orders into the Dealer Call Center, at: 800-545-4515; or, fax to: 714-965-3845. Please include your dealer code when faxing orders.
All orders for the Thanksgiving week will be processed as follows:
Stock orders scheduled for data entry on Wednesday, November 23 should change to Tuesday, November 22. These orders will be shipped on Wednesday, November 23.
Stock orders scheduled for data entry on Thursday, November 24 should change to Friday, November 25. These orders will be shipped on Monday, November 28.
For Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas dealers, stock orders scheduled for data entry on Thursday, November 24 should change to Tuesday, November 22. These orders will be shipped on Wednesday, November 23.
All dealers normally transmitting on Friday, November 25 should do so as normal. Dealers who may be closed on Friday, November 25 should transmit on Wednesday, November 23. These orders will be shipped Monday, November 28.

Hyundai Authorized Tire Center Thanksgiving Hours
On Thursday, Nov. 24, 2011, Hyundai Authorized Tire Center Program Headquarters will be closed for the Thanksgiving Day holiday. There will be NO deliveries via any carrier on Nov. 24th.
On Friday, Nov. 25, 2011, Hyundai Authorized Tire Center Program Headquarters will be open during regular business hours. FedEx and some co-op carriers will deliver packages on Nov. 25 if the dealership is open for business.

Big Star Points Bonus for Bluetooth Compatibility Web-Based Course
Between now and November 23rd, you can earn 3,000 Star Award points for completing our new web-based course: Bluetooth Compatibility Website Training. GDS Update DVD Version 1.12.00
All dealers will be receiving a package in the next couple of days which will contain a GDS update DVD (version number 1.12.00).
The DVD update includes:
- 2012 MY Veloster vehicle information
This DVD will supersede the previous 2011 MY update DVD version 1.11.00.
This update DVD is for both the Panasonic GDS unit and any secondary GDS units.
Installation:
After the GDS unit is powered on (do not start the GDS program), plug in the external CD-ROM drive and install the update disk. The DVD installation will start automatically and will guide you through the update process. Complete installation will take approximately 90 minutes.
After the installation of the update DVD, the GDS unit will need to have access to the internet to complete the update through the GDS internet update process for version 1.12.01.
If the program does not start automatically:
- Click the Start button
- Select Run
- Click on the Browse button
- Select My Computer
- Open the GDS UPDATE (D: or E:) drive
- Highlight the SETUP.EXE file
- Click on the Open button
This will take you back to the Run screen. Click the OK button and the installation process will begin and guide you through the rest of the setup.
