1st Quarter 2012 Parts & Service Co-Op Allowance

Your dealership’s available Co-Op funds for the 1st Quarter 2012 have been posted and can be viewed through a website link on HyundaiDealer.com. Access is from the Parts screen. The link is located on the left side of the screen and is entitled Parts & Service Co-Op Claims.

The Parts & Service Co-Op allowance calculations are based on previous completed quarters’ purchases and co-op utilization rate to determine level of funding. The following criteria must be met:

  • Dealership must be enrolled in the 2012 Hyundai Parts & Service Marketing Program
  • Funds must be spent in the quarter that they are allocated and claims must be submitted no later than 45 days after the month in which the ad runs

In the meantime, you can view your current account balance and claim status through a website link on HyundaiDealer.com.

Should you have any questions, please coordinate these through your District Parts and Service Manager (DPSM) or Parts Business Development Manager (PBDM).

All Mobis Parts America Parts Distribution Centers, along with the Parts Support Call Center, will be closed on Monday, December 26th and Monday, January 2nd in observance of the holidays.

Non-Technical Training for 2012

The schedule for Hyundai non-tech service training in the first quarter of 2012 is now posted in TACS and available for enrollment. Please note the following:

  • Classroom programs will only be held two weeks per month in 2012. However, class sizes will be increased to help make sure there's space for you when you want to attend.
  • Webinars won't be posted until the week of 1/3/2012. We'll be launching several new webinars in January, but they're still in production and we want to be sure they're ready before we schedule them. Please check TACS after January 3rd.
