Techline Now Open on Saturdays
We are happy to announce that in response to feedback from Service Managers, Hyundai Motor America will extend Techline support to include Saturdays beginning Saturday, January 7, 2012. Techline agents will be available to assist dealers between the hours of 6:00 am and 3:00 pm PST.
Techline hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 5:00 pm PST, and Saturday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm PST.

Hyundai Owner Connect Marketing
The Owner Connect Marketing Team is pleased to announce the following programs for our Dealers: Enhanced Quarterly Coupon Mailers, and for the first time, a Car Care Event this Spring. These programs are in response to dealer comments on ways to provide additional flexibility which allow dealers to fully engage with our owners and keep them in the Hyundai Family.
Owner Loyalty will be the key phrase in 2012…the more we can keep our owners within our dealerships, the better chance we have of turning them into satisfied owners. New Azera Preview Course
Just posted on TACS is a special, web-based preview course on the 2012 Hyundai Azera. What’s a preview course? It’s a way to provide you with advance product information before a new model launch. When Azera production begins in late January, the official 2012 Azera course will be developed and will contain up to date product details. The preview course will provide you a "heads-up" based on current information. There is no quiz and no STAR points are offered; those will be reserved the official course. You’ve heard about Hyundai’s trade-in value guarantee, but are you ready to answer questions customers might ask? Here’s help – an 8-minute web-based program containing all the details. It’s on TACS now. You’ll earn 1,000 points for completing this one.
New Webinars for 2012
This year, Hyundai will introduce between 15 and 20 new webinar topics. The first of these new webinars are being launched now...
To begin, we’re introducing the “One Stop Shop” series. These programs are designed to help you sell tires, wiper blades and batteries. The tire and wiper blade programs launch next week, however, they are already full. Fortunately, they are being offered again the week of January 23rd, along with the battery program.
Also debuting is a webinar delivering a demographic study on the new, younger buyers who will soon become the majority of your customers in a few, short years. It’s entitled: Your New Digital Customers. Details of the launch schedule will be provided in next week's newsletter.
Don’t forget; anyone can attend any webinar, regardless of which region it’s listed under in TACS.
