Submit Your Dealership Logo Today!
Brand awareness is significant for developing and sustaining customer loyalty. We encourage you to submit your personalized dealership logo to image on all marketing materials through the Hyundai Owner Connect Marketing program. To submit a logo, simply email the file to support@hyundaiocm.com and include your dealer code in the subject line.
There is a one-time fee of $100 for any logo you submit and this cost is eligible for up to 50% co-op reimbursement. For some tips on locating the correct file for your logo, check that the file meets the following criteria:
- High resolution (at least 300 dpi; ideally 600 dpi or greater)
- 100% of size or larger
- Original PDF Vector Art files, Adobe Illustrator (.ai) files or (.eps) files
If you have any questions or need assistance submitting a logo, please contact your Marketing Consultant, at: (866) 575-8734, for guidance. If you do not have a personalized dealership logo, the trademark Hyundai "H" will image on your marketing in its place.

Parts Orientation Webinars – 2012 dates now on TACS
The 2012 dates for the Parts Orientation Webinar are now on the Training and Certification System (TACS). Just sign-on to TACS, click the Parts Orientation Webinar button on your Parts home page and select the session date you would like to attend. Remember, this webinar is required for the Parts Manager Bronze Certification.

GDS Internet Update - Version 1.12.10
An internet update for your GDS unit is now available.
In order to update to version 1.12.09, your GDS unit requires the latest DVD, version 1.12.00, to be installed.
The GDS unit will search for internet updates automatically whenever the GDS program is started or the “Internet Update” button is pressed.
The GDS internet update will contain the following ECU update event:
- 263 FS TMU Update
