XVOR Status
Download (requires Excel) the status of any pending XVOR order for your dealership. These reports are generally updated every Friday, excluding holidays.
Purpose of XVOR
In the case of a CSI concern such as a vehicle that is inoperable due to a back ordered part or potential lemon law buy back situation, it may be possible to ship a critical item directly from the manufactorer in Korea or Alabama to your dealership.
To place an XVOR order, call our Parts Help Line at 1-800-545-4515. Please note that certain parts may not be eligible for XVOR. If you have a back order on an E type order for a car down situation, please contact our Parts Help Line about submitting an XVOR order.
