Parts Orientation Webinar
The Parts Orientation Webinar is great for all employees new to Hyundai Parts, giving them a thorough but brief introduction to Hyundai Parts Operations. This webinar is approximately 45 minutes long and will be presented live via web conference. There is no charge for this or for any other parts training class.
This webinar is intended for parts personnel new to Hyundai and provides a general overview of Hyundai dealer support activities, policies & procedures, and programs & promotions. While 45 minutes cannot provide an in-depth review of Hyundai, it does give the participant an excellent overview and provides a road map as to where to find the more detailed information.
A key benefit is that you do not have to leave your dealership. You just need a phone and computer with internet access. Additionally, since this is a live presentation, students will have the opportunity to direct questions to the presenter.
Enrollment / Presentation Dates
To enroll, just go to www.hyundaitacs.com and click on the “Webinar: Parts Orientation” link on your home page. After clicking on the link, a listing of available webinar dates will then appear and you can select a session and complete your enrollment. You will receive webinar sign-on information approximately 1 day prior to the session.
